Warranty & Cancellation Policy

If a fault occurs with your repair, you must pay the cost of return postage. You should acquire proof of postage when sending any device to us. We can only perform warranty repairs within the 90 day warranty period.

In case of warranty repairs, after the initial repair we will attempt re-repair twice on your device. If after these two attempts your device is still faulty, we will issue you with a refund. Prior to issuing the refund we need to see your device and ensure that it is faulty. However, refunds cannot be issued for water damage and diagnostic related repairs.

If after the repair has been completed, you decide that you want to cancel or reverse the repair we may decline and you may still be charged.

Our 90 day warranty does not cover physical damage.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds after the 90 day warranty period.
